Lo so,una torta light al cioccolato è già presente nel blog,ma oggi mi mancava la fecola di patate e ho voluto provarne una altra versione!<br />
Assolutamente approvata!<br />
Umida e cioccolatosa al punto giusto!<br />
Senza uova,senza burro,semplice da preparare<br />
<br />
250g di latte o acqua o succo d arancia<br />
170g di<br />
100g di zucchero<br />
50g di cacao<br />
1 paneangeli<br />
4 cucchiai olio di semi(facoltativo)<br />
<br />
Mescolare prima tutti gli ingredienti solidi. Aggiungere il latte a filo continuando a mescolare con un frustino<br />
incorporare l olio di semi<br />
180 gradi per una ventina di minuti,ed è cotta!!!<br />
Ideale per una buona merenda con pochi sensi di colpa.<br />

Il web è pieno ormai di post riguardanti le crostate preparate con lo stampo furbo!!ebbene,mi sono fatta coinvolgere anche io e sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa dal risultato !!<br />
Con questo impasto,che si prepara in poco più di 3 minuti,si ottiene una torta salata sofficissima adatta ad essere farcita in base a gusto e fantasia.<br />
L unica modifica che ho apportato alla ricetta,riguarda il numero delle uova. La prima volta che l ho preparata,ho utilizzato le 3uova indicate. . Il sapore era quasi quello di una frittata!!così le ho diminuite. . E vi assicuro,è perfetta. Vi lascio di seguito la foto dello "stampo furbo".<br />

Per impastare,ho messo tutto nel bimby 1minuto velocità 5.<br />
Se non avete il bimby,potete tranquillamente mescolare gli ingredienti con un frustino a mano,cercando di non creare grumi.<br />
Non è un composto che va montato,va semplicemente mescolato per bene.<br />

Informiamo a 180 gradi per circa 15minuti,o comunque fino a doratura.<br />
SForniamo,e farciamo dalla parte in cui è presente l incavo.<br />
Potete sbizzarrirvi come volete<br />
Vi consiglio di metter prima una base morbida,tipo maionese o formaggio spalmabile e poi tutto ciò che più vi piace.<br />

Questa ricettina bimby,mi ha ispirata subito!!il pollo e le zucchine,sono un abbinamento assolutamente perfetto. La foto è stata fatta velocemente,un attimo prima che i lupi famelici che ho in casa divorassero tutto!!<div>
Il procedimento che pubblico è da fare con il bimby. . Ma se non lo avete,potete tranquillamente prendere il pollo già macinato e grattugiare la zucchina con una semplice grattugia a fori larghi. </div>

Ricetta dell ultimo minuto,salva pranzo e salva cena. Velocissima da preparare e gustosa quanto basta!<br />

Ingredienti:<br />
200g di asparagi<br />
Cipolla<br />
150g di pancetta affumicata a dadini<br />
Vino bianco circa un bicchiere<br />
Brodo<br />
200g riso<br />
2 cucchiai di panna da cucina<br />
<br />
Tagliare a pezzetti gli asparagi e tuffarli nell acqua messa precedentemente a bollire. Farli cuocere finché non si ammorbidiscono leggermente.<br />
In una padella capiente scaldare dell olio e una noce di burro,rosolare la cipolla e aggiungere la pancetta.<br />
Una volta che la pancetta sarà ben dorata,aggiungere gli asparagi a pezzettini ben scolati.<br />
cuocere per pochissimi minuti.<br />
Quando tutto il liquido degli asparagi si sarà assorbito,aggiungere il riso e farlo tostare.<br />
Sfumare con del vino bianco e iniziare ad aggiungere il brodo.salare in base ai gusti<br />
Aggiungere liquido fino alla completa cottura del riso.<br />
A fine cottura,aggiungere 2 cucchiai di panna da cucina. Servire caldo.<br />

Mettiamo a bollire l acqua per la pasta,con dentro le scorze del limone!mi raccomando solo la parte gialla.<br />
Saliamo l acqua e quando bolle,eliminiamo le scorze e ci mettiamo a cuocere la pasta.<br />
Nel frattempo frulliamo le olive con il prezzemolo,l olio e il succo del limone.<br />
Quando la pasta sarà cotta,scoliamo tenendo da parte un po' dell acqua di cottura.<br />
Condiamo con il composto di olive e limone e aggiungiamo un pochino di acqua di cottura se dovesse risultare troppo asciutto.<br />

succo e scorza di un limone<br />
130g di zucchero semolato<br />

impastare tutti gli ingredienti insieme,io ho utilizzato il bimby,ma potete tranquillamente farlo a mano.<br />
otterrete un impasto estremamente morbido e appiccicoso.<br />
formate dei mucchietti aiutandovi con un cucchiaino e posizionate su una teglia foderata di carta forno.<br />
infornate a 180 gradi in forno caldo.<br />
quando il bordo dei biscotti inizierà a diventare dorato,tirateli fuori. non devono scurire troppo.<br />

chiamatemi scema,ma sono una fan sfegatata delle crocchette di patate surgelate!!<br />
perché sono croccantissime fuori e cremosissime all'interno...ne mangerei una valanga!<br />
ovvio che in quelle fatte in casa,il sapore delle patate è piu' intenso ,non ci sono conservanti e bla bla bla...ma quelle assaggiate,proprio non reggevano il paragone.<br />
fino a che un giorno,vado a trovare la mia cuginetta...e la vedo arrotolare palline in quantità industriali.<br />
scettica le dico:tra arrotolare e friggere,ci metterai ore...non sarebbe meglio utilizzare quelle surgelate che son più?buone???????????<br />

farle raffreddare BENISSIMO è necessario e fondamentale,vi consiglio di prepararle un giorno prima e conservarle in frigo...cosicché non abbiano molta umidità e non necessiti aggiunta di pane nell'impasto.<br />

aggiungere alle patate ben fredde schiacciate,sale,pepe,poco formaggio grattugiato ,una spolverata leggerissima di pan grattato e abbastanza uova,da rendere l'impasto morbido .<br />
otterrete un composto morbido,ma che si lavora facilmente...non si appiccica eccessivamente sulle mani.<br />

formare tante piccole palline e rotolarle nel pangrattao.<br />

friggere in olio CALDISSIMO e servire subito!!<br />

girovagando su facebook,questa mattina,mi è capitato di leggere un post di <a href="http://blog.giallozafferano.it/ricetteditina/toast-di-patate-in-padella/">ricette di tina</a><br />
in cui si parlava di questi meravigliosi toast di patate veloci fatti in padella!<br />
non ho resistito e ne ho preparati un paio per il pranzo!!<br />
devo ire che sono davvero rimasta sorpresa da tale bontà!<br />
si prestano ad essere farciti come preferite,,,io avevo solo delle sottilette in frigo.<br />
l'unico consiglio che vi do,è di stendere la sfoglia sottile il più possibile...così sarà più semplice cuocerli.<br />

400g di patate lessate e schiacciate<br />
sale q.b.<br />
200g farina 00<br />
30g olio di semi<br />
1uovo intero<br />

per farcire<br />
sottilette ,prosciutto o altri salumi<br />

impastare tutti gli ingredienti ,stendere tra due fogli di carta forno cercando di dare una forma quadrata.<br />
dividere in quadretti,farcire a piacimento e richiudere!!<br />
cuocere in padella con un filo d'olio per circa 5-6minuti a lato.<br />

ho riflettuto molto sulla ricetta da postare oggi...dolce...salato....proprio non riuscivo a decidermi.....<br />

ritorno alla carica postandovi una ricettina seeeeeeeeeeemplice semplice,che i miei nipoti adorano alla follia...ma che è amata anche dai più grandi..<br />

il motivo per cui alcune volte la pasta cresce ed altre no,io non lo conosco...ma di sicuro non vi ho assolutamente dato dosi sbagliate,visto che come vedete dai commenti a molti la ricetta riesce.<br />
in più,vi esorto a cercare questa ricetta su cookaround,le dosi sono pari pari a quelle che vi ho trascritto io,e anche lì molta gente lamenta la non riuscita...<br />
CIò CHE NON HO ACCETTATO SONO I COMMENTI IN CUI VENGO INSULTATA E DEFINITA INCOMPETENTE,STUPIDA,IMBROGLIONA...E ALTRI TERMINI CHE NON TRASCRIVO...<br />

è un programma mooooooooooolto carino ,con un sacco di ricette semplici e veloci!!!!<br />

Vanno necessariamente serviti a cubotti per via della consistenza un pò compatta e umida...<br />

trasferiamo nei pirottini monoporzione in silicone,a me ne sono usciti 5giganti e 6 piccolini.<br />
poniamo in freezer per almeno 3 ore...e tiriamo fuori mezz'ora prima di servire.<br />

<span style="color: blue; font-family: "georgia" , "times new roman" , serif;">ebbene,il motivo è molto semplice...il forno che usavo prima a casa di mamma,aveva la bellezza di 25anni...ed era un pò particolare,nel senso che già a 150gradi mi bruciava le torte...un forno normale in realtà cuoce le torte a 180gradi...quindi,come facevo a darvi indicazioni precise???????</span><br />
